My name is Sik, and I am an Assistant Professor at the Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Madison.

We are living through a shift in which algorithm-driven technologies are changing how humans interact, collaborate, compete, and innovate. This transformation raises two central questions that guide my research: 

1.  How do algorithms shape human interaction, collaboration, and competition?

2.   What are the implications for knowledge creation and innovation in organizations? 

I examine these questions empirically using datasets from GitHub, Instagram, and baseball.
